Don Van Natta talked about his book First Off the Tee: Presidential Hackers, Duffers, and Cheaters from Taft to Bush, published by PublicAffairs. In the book he explains what a president’s golf game reveals about his character. In the book he describes the father-son bond of George H.W. Bush and the current president and dedicates a section titled “Hail to the Cheats” to Bill Clinton, Richard Nixon, Lyndon Johnson, and Warren Harding. At this event he described several U.S. presidents who played golf and portrayed their different styles. After his presentation he answered audience members' questions. close
