Foreign ministers from various countries participated in a Pan-American dialog on U.S. immigration policy. In the first of three sessions they focused on U.S. Congressional debate on immigration reform, the value of liberal immigration regulations to Latin American residents, and migration policies in Western hemisphere nations.
