Former Okahoma Governor Frank Keating talked about his second children's book Theodore, published by Simon and Schuster. The book related the early childhood of the 26th president of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt. During the event, Gov. Keating read the book to a group of children at Politics and Prose Bookstore in Washington D.C.
