Topics included the first Constitutional Convention, the development of the Bill of Rights, the relationship between a citizen and his or her government, the 18th century Anglican Church, and the Supreme Court decision on school prayer. After his presentation he answered audience members' questions. Former Senator Bayh is a visiting fellow at the Starr Center.
