The panelists discussed the theory of intelligent design and the debate surrounding it. They talked about the shortcomings of the theories of evolution and intelligent design. They discussed the Pennsylvania case, Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District, and the implications it will have for state and federal law surrounding the teachings of evolution and intelligent design. Mr. Harvey was the attorney for the plaintiff in the case. Mr. DeWolf is a law professor. The panelists answered questions and comments from students in the audience.
