Participating by telephone, Ms. Hughes was interviewed about the Congressional response to the collapse of Enron. She talked about the signing into law of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Ms. Hughes also spoke about the impact of former Congressman Christopher Cox (R-CA) as chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
