Governor Schwarzenegger delivered his state of the state address in the Assembly Chambers at the state capitol. Topics included improving California’s infrastructure, taking advantage of the potential for economic growth in other countries, budget increase for funding in education, increasing minimum wages, and allowing safe importation of prescription drugs.
