Two panels of witnesses testified at a hearing about relief services provided by charitable organizations. They also discussed areas where service delivery, preparedness, and coordination could be improved. Representative McCrery spoke about coordination efforts on the national level of the American Red Cross. Following his testimony, he joined the committee members in questioning of the two panels.
