Associate Justice Breyer was interviewed about the U.S. Supreme Court and about his new book Active Liberty: Interpreting Our Democratic Constitution, published by Knopf. He spoke about life growing up in San Francisco, his relationship with his brother, and his career in law. Among the topics he discussed were cameras in the courtroom and the intent of the Constitution.
