Ambassador Ischinger spoke about the future of Bosnia-Herzegovina. He discussed lessons learned since the signing of the Dayton Accords. Among the topics he discussed were the regional inclusiveness, use of time, and prevention. After Ambassador Ischinger left, Ambassador Rizzo and Representative Ashdown spoke about the path to European Union and NATO integration for Bosnia. High Representative Ashdown also spoke about international stewardship and the Office of the High Representative transition. Following his remarks, he responded to questions and comments from members of the audience.
