Charlie Cook spoke at the annual conference of the American Council of Life Insurers about changing political landscapes in various districts and among the electorate, potential political shifts among the electorate, and the potential impact of the shifts on the 2006 midterm elections. He focused on the potential consequences of congressional coalitions in the areas of economic policy, retirement security, taxes and regulatory reform, and financial management. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
