Committee members talked to reporters about the Comprehensive Report of the Independent Inquiry Committee into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Program. The report criticized the management of the program as well as the culture of corruption and nepotism at the U.N. It also recommended changes to the manner the Security Council operated and oversaw humanitarian programs. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
