Participating by telephone, Mr. Todd discussed gubernatorial campaigns in Oregon and New Jersey. He said that if Senator Corzine were to win the New Jersey Governor race, Representatives Robert Andrews and Robert Menendez would seek to fill his vacancy in the U.S. Senate. Mr. Todd also discussed how Representative Menendez, as a Cuban Senator, could possibly help the Democratic Party in the state of Florida.
