Ken Paulson was interviewed about the future of the newspaper industry. He became editor of USA Today in April 2004. Other topics included the importance of awards such as the Pulitzer Prize, the style of the newspaper, circulation figures, advertising rates, and the migration of readers to online platforms. He discussed other incidents at the newspaper, including a reporter who plagiarized quotes and how memos about George Bush's National Guard service were used.
