David McCullough was interviewed about his life and work as an historian and author of many publications including his most recent book, 1776, published by Simon and Schuster. The interview took place at Montpelier, the General Henry Knox Museum. Mr. McCullough discussed the importance of General Knox during the Revolutionary War. He also commented on attitudes toward education, success, technology, change, and history.
