President Bush spoke to members of the Hispanic Alliance for Free Trade about the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA). He discussed the importance of free trade in the Americas, the proposals contained within the North America-Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement, fostering democratic institutions, and shared goals and aspirations if American countries. President Bush also spoke about the nomination of Judge John Roberts to the U.S. Supreme Court.
