Irmgard Hunt talked about her memoir, On Hitler’s Mountain: Overcoming the Legacy of a Nazi Childhood, published by William Morrow. She recounted the history of the Hitler era as seen through the eyes of a little girl. She described her childhood in the same area of Bavaria where Adolf Hitler set up his headquarters and remembered sitting on his lap during a 1941 visit. After her presentation, the author answered questions from members of the audience.
