Secretary of Commerce Carlos Guiterrez talked about the Bush administration’s trade priorities for the next four years. Among the topics he addressed were promoting free and fair trade issues, the state of the U.S. economy, and the impact of existing trade agreements and levels with various parts of the world. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
