Panelists talked about voting procedures in the 2004 presidential election and charges of voter intimidation and suppression in several locations. Among the topics they addressed were allegations of minority disenfranchisement, procedures and decisions on recounting ballots in several precincts, election day monitoring, and avenues for redress in the future. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
