President Bush spoke to reporters about his electoral victory, plans for a second term, and other issues. The President responded to questions from members of the press on a number of topics including: a fals report of the death of Yasser Arafat, potential changes to the President’s cabinet, the prospect of bipartisan support for the President’s agenda, and plans to reform the tax code and Social Security.
