General Clark talked about changing national security strategies over his yeas of service in the military, the U.S. military role in fostering international security, efforts to combat terrorism, operations in Iraq, and the future of defense strategy. As a former Democratic presidential candidate, he was critical of Bush administration policies. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
