The DNC Platform Drafting Committee presented its 2004 platform recommendations to the full platform committee. The full DNC Platform Committee had 186 members responsible for reviewing the draft and recommending a National Platform for approval at the Democratic National Convention in Boston July 26-29, 2004.

Speakers included the Platform Drafting Committee Chair, Representative DeLauro; and the Full Platform Committee Co-Chairs: Governor Vilsack; Representative Jones; and Councilman Antonio Villaraigosa.
