Mr. Peroutka gave his acceptance speech at the Constitution Party’s national convention. He criticized both the Democratic and Republican parties on a number of issues, including foreign policy, national defense, and government spending. He also urged a return to constitutional principles. The Constitution Party held its 2004 convention June 23-26 in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
