Mr. Mann described the work and philosophies of: National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage, Secretary of State Colin Powell, Vice President Richard Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, and Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz.
