Mr. Tenet and Mr. McLaughlin testified about intelligence gathering and sharing before and after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the U.S. They also talked about the level of priority given the terrorist threat by both the Bush and Clinton administrations and responded to several questions about intelligence failures and the process of determining credible threats.
