Former Congressional Budget Office Director Reischauer (1989-95) talked about the new Medicare improvement legislation, focusing on the “donut hole” in the prescription drug coverage and how to fill it. He also thought that employers would cease offering health care to company retirees. 

He answered questions from AARP members.
