Democratic presidential candidate Senator Lieberman spoke to Democratic caucus members in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at the Kirkwood Community College. Among the topics he addressed were the state of the economy, operations in Iraq, health care, and education. He also answered questions from the audience. 

This was one in a series of forums hosted by Iowa Senator Tom Harkin with the Democratic presidential candidates. Iowa holds the first-in-the-nation presidential caucus on January 19, 2004.
