Soros Fund Management Chairman George Soros talked about the George W. Bush administration’s foreign policy decisions. He criticized the policies as unilateral and advocating American supremacy over international cooperation. Among the subjects he addressed were efforts to combat terrorism, war with Iraq, and the connection between the two. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
