Law enforcement personnel spoke to reporters the indictment and arrest of Hemant Lakhani for trying to smuggle a surface-to-air missile into the United States. The arrest was made after a joint sting operation with Russian intelligence agents and U.S. officials. Following their remarks they answered questions from reporters.
