America and the Courts will feature recent clips of three Supreme Court justices. Justice Scalia talked about freedom at Independence Hall in Philadelphia on the Fourth of July. Chief Justice Rehnquist discussed the highlights of the Supreme Court’s 2002 term at the 4th Circuit Judicial Conference in Hot Springs, Virginia on June 28th. Justice Thomas gave the commencement address at the University of Georgia Law School on May 17 in Athens, Georgia.
