On America and the Courts Chief Justice Rehnquist talked about some of the decisions made by the Supreme Court during the recently completed October 2001 term. He commented on five cases that were noteworthy but that didn’t receive very much press attention. 

Following his comments, a portion of a panel discussion was shown with judicial scholars discussing some of the major decisions from the term.
