In the second part in a series on the Enron bankruptcy guests talked about the role of auditors at Enron, potential conflicts of interest when accounting firms use audits as portals for generating consulting business, oversight of auditors, the role of financial analysts, and legal issues surrounding the declaration of bankruptcy. Several portions of prior congressional hearings were shown. Guests also responded to viewer comments and questions.
