Lawyers from various arms of the Executive branch talked about new developments in national security laws. Among the topics they addressed were security concerns resulting from September 11 attacks, proposed plans to try accused terrorists at military tribunals, international treaties and obligations, and intelligence concerns. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
