Ms. Quinn talked about her book, Human Trials: Scientists, Investors, and Patients in the Quest for a Cure, published by Perseus Publishing. The book describes the struggle to find a cure for AIDS, including the role of hospitals, research labs, and boardrooms where the trials and decisions surrounding the search for a cure take place. After her talk Ms. Quinn took questions from members of the audience.
