Secretary Cohen and Pentagon officials briefed reporters on the Judge Advocate General (JAG) manual investigation of the bombing of the USS Cole in Yemen. The report made several recommendations to improve security and procedures to improve intelligence. Following their remarks they answered questions from the reporters about the report and disciplinary measures in the case.
