Mr. Kaplan talked about his book The Coming Anarchy: Shattering the Dreams of the Post Cold War, published by Random House. A collection of nine previously published essays, the book looks at the future of society and international relations in the absence of a bi-polar world. After his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
