President Jimmy Carter, seated with Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, announced the Israeli-Egyptian peace agreement known as the Camp David Accords. He talked about the framework for peace in the Middle East and the future of the West Bank and Gaza.
