Mr. Phillips accepted the presidential nomination for the Constitution Party. He stressed that abortion must be abolished in America, that the U.S. should withdraw from the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the Federal Reserve. He also stressed that the federal government should eliminate the income tax.
