Mr. Bradley talked about his campaign for the Democratic nomination for president and about campaign financing. He said that he would refuse “soft” money if the Republican candidate did the same. He also called for same-day voter registration, requirements that employers give employees two hours to vote on election day, and new rules providing government matching funds for donations under $250. After his remarks he answered questions from the audience. close
