Representatives of taxpayers associations from several states focused on the tax initiatives and referenda for tax limits or cuts that were expected to be on their state ballots in November 1990. State taxpayers associations from California, Colorado, Nebraska, Oregon, Massachusetts and Oklahoma discussed their campaigns.
