Ms. Hargrove accepted the 19th annual Robert F. Kennedy Print award and Mr. Christianson accepted an award for his book With Liberty for Some. Representative Lewis accepted an award for his book Walking With the Wind and Mr. Nelson was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was created in honor of Robert F. Kennedy by author Arthur Schlesinger. The awards honor literary work dealing with issues such as poverty, justice and youth.
