Secretary-General Solana and President Kuchma talked to reporters about the meeting of the NATO-Ukraine commission. They discussed the importance of the relationship and their commitment to strengthen ties between NATO and the Ukraine. NATO also promised to provide support to the Ukraine in their reform efforts. After their prepared remarks they took questions from reporters.
