Ms. Caroli discussed her book The Roosevelt Women, published by Basic Books. The book examines the lives of nine women of President Theodore Roosevelt's family from his mother to the present generation, in addition to various scandals and accomplishments of the Roosevelt family. Ms. Caroli described all these women as strong and independent.
