Secretary Albright testified regarding the NATO military strikes on Yugoslavia. She stated that NATO strikes will continue until Serb forces are removed from Kosovo, the refugees are allowed to return, Kosovo is granted a democratic self-government, and an international military presence is permitted in the region. She also answered questions regarding the arming of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the U.S. humanitarian effort.
