The Anglo-American jurists' exchange meets every four years to allow the participants to study the differences between the two systems of justice. This is done in moot court arguments, this one sponsored by the Institute of Bill of Rights Law at William and Mary College. This is a case involving secret agents for both countries who have written a book about their careers. Both countries want to stop its publication. This free speech-national security case is along the lines of the Pentagon Papers and Spycatcher cases.
