Ambassador Jeane Kirkpatrick, Former U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. talked about the foreign policy of the Reagan administration. This was part of a tribute to the former president on the occasion of his 87th birthday. Ms. Kirkpatrick recalled the state of the nation as she saw it just before President Ronald Reagan was elected in 1980 and the subsequent events of the Reagan administration. Following her prepared remarks, Ms. Kirkpatrick answered questions from the audience. close
