High school senior Chelsea Johnson spoke at the beginning of the program about her college application experience. She was followed by the president of Community Relations of the Target Foundation talking about Target's investments in education.</description>

      <title>Oklahoma City Bombing 15th Anniversary Remembrance Ceremony</title>
      <description>A memorial ceremony for victims and families to mark the 15th anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing was held at the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum, located at the site of the former Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, former Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating, and other officials spoke about the tragedy. The ceremony closed with family members reading a roll call of those who died.</description>
