      <title>National Conversation on American Unity</title>
      <description>Members of the Commission on Political Reform discussed the causes and consequences of extreme polarization of the American political process. The event opened with a video presentation highlighting hyper-partisanship. Topics included bipartisan fixes for hyper-partisanship, voter apathy, campaign costs, and the filibuster. Susan Page moderated this town hall meeting at the Ronald Reagan Library. She read audience tweets, Facebook questions, and the results of live Web polls throughout event. 
This was the first of a series of "National Conversations on American Unity." It was the inaugural event of the Bipartisan Policy Center's Commission on Political Reform, held in partnership with the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and [USA Today].</description>

      <description>Law professors reviewed the major Supreme Court decisions of the October term at the 4th Circuit court of appeals 77th annual judicial conference. Panelists discussed the makeup of the Supreme Court and examined how justices ruled on specific court cases. They also spoke about court cases involving freedom of speech and the first amendment, federalism and campaign finance laws.</description>
