Governor Barbour reminisced about his experiences as Republican National Committee chair, and praised the work of his successor, Mr. Gillespie. The governor said that large voter turnout and elections about issues would benefit Republicans. Following prepared remarks, Governor Barbour talked informally with members of the audience.</description>
