      <description>Panelists talked about the treatment of returning war veterans. The panel included Former Secretary of State Colin Powell, former General Stanley McChrystal, Major General Marcia Anderson, Taryn Davis, founder of the American Widow Project , Paul Rieckhoff, head of Iraq and Afghanistan War Veterans of America, and Lieutenant Melissa Stockwell, the first female soldier to lose a limb in the Iraq War. They responded to questions from the audience.
This panel was part of the Chicago Ideas Week conference held annually in Chicago, Illinois in October and was presented by Chase and J.P. Morgan</description>
